Skepticism, Reaction, Inertia

These three words can save and improve some situations and in others they can be the cause of tragedy. Unfortunately, when it comes to HR we are seeing these 3 words cause great damage to businesses.

When a business does not understand all of its HR Risks, there is a possibility of devastating problems which can destroy the bottom-line of many businesses.

Skepticism- "Why do we need to understand the Risk? We have never had a problem before."

Reaction- "I doubt that HR problem would happen here."

Inertia- "HR is not important enough, we have other problems"

These are the words and thoughts of very vulnerable leaders. Don't be that leader!
