HR Success and PEACE

When I started this business, 8 years ago, I spoke with a person I looked up to and considered a mentor. I was looking for advice and guidance and he said something that can apply to almost every single aspect of life. I thought it was profound, so I will share it with you.

Rick- What was the one secret to your success in business?

Mentor- My secret is that I worked 6 days a week for a 1/2 day. I did this for 20 years.

Rick- So you are telling me you worked 9 am to 1 pm 6 days a week. That seems pretty good.

Mentor- No Rick, you have completely missed it. I worked 12-hour days, 6 days a week for 20 years.
