Freedom
I am privileged to speak to so many business leaders from all types of business and all types of positions. Those conversations all seem to have one common thread. The goal of each of those people is to fund their freedom.
When I say freedom I am not talking about flags and eagles. Rather, I am using freedom to refer to their own personal vision and what it is they really want to do with their lives. For the most part, people don't go to work because they love their job or company, but rather they love their job or company for what it allows them to really do...to be free!
Everyone has a different definition of freedom, you can probably articulate yours or think about yours using this one silly question: what would you do if you won the Powerball Lottery?
I bet the story you would tell and detail you would give would make anyone jealous! Apply that to your work and personal life and you may see some great results,
BTW: Mine involves a big boat, a captains license and some giant blue fin tuna.
