Turning Point Human Capital Management (TP HCM), a Fractional Human Resources consulting company which solves the HR problems of business owners, is looking for an independent and 100% commissioned sales person. The expectation of this position is $100,000 in annual commissions.

  • Our marketing department assists with Lead Generation: We use monthly seminars, monthly email campaigns and our developed strategic alliances

  • An increasing need for our services in the marketplace due to burdensome compliance, expanding laws and regulations

  • Flexible scheduling and no reporting to an office

  • Open territory for Nassau, Suffolk, Manhattan and Northern New Jersey

  • Utilize sales training from past positions and TPP HCM training to drive sales growth

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling professional services B2B required.

  • Must have sold at least one if not more: Payroll, Employee Benefits Brokers, Merchant Services or Business Insurance Brokers.

  • Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.

  • Strong face to face presentation and phone skills required.

  • Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.

  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.

  • Able to work efficiently as a team member.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Able to develop a strong rapport with prospects and maintain excellent working relationships.

  • Keeps up-to-date on current issues and new developments discovered during prospecting and sales process.

TP HCM is a rapidly growing Fractional Human Resources consulting company. Most of our clients have the same characteristics.

  1. First or second-generation business (according to BLS there are over 3 million business in NY/NJ)

  2. They have between 5 and 500 employees

  3. They have revenues of $1 million to $50 million in revenue
